Order Processing Time

Orders placed with completed payment will be shipped on the same day if your order was placed before noon (12:00 PM CT, Monday–Saturday), although orders that require custom prep or with blank apparel may take longer. While we will do our best to provide the fastest processing times as standard, there may be occasions when we're unable to meet this goal due to file or carrier issues. Should that happen, we will either automatically upgrade your shipping or refund your order in full.

  • FedEx® Ground (1–4 business days) - $9.99
  • USPS First Class (2–6 business days) - $7.49
  • UPS® Second Day Air / FedEx® 2-Day - $19.00
  • UPS® Overnight / FedEx® Standard Overnight - $39.00

Free Shipping: Any order over $99 will automatically qualify for free UPS® Ground or FedEx® Ground shipping, which will be applied at checkout.

Estimated Delivery by Location

Shipping varies based on your location and the method you selected. We see standard ground shipments deliver in 1 - 4 business days! Slight delays may occur for orders going to more rural or remote areas. Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and possible delays may be due to weather, a regional disruption, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Tracking & Reporting Issues

Once your order ships, you will receive confirmation via email that will provide a tracking link. You can also monitor your shipment from your account or the courier's website. If your order is marked "delivered" but you do not receive it, or if your order is delivered damaged, please contact us within 7 days, and we will make every effort to assist or issue a replacement, if needed.
